GET TO KNOW IMSC 2026 COMPETITION
The International Management Startup Challenge (IMSC) 2026 is an international startup and business plan competition organized by the Management Student Association of Universitas Airlangga. It serves as a platform for Diploma (D3), Applied Bachelor (D4), and Undergraduate (S1) students from around the world to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Through IMSC 2026, participants are challenged to create startup ideas that are not only innovative and creative, but also impactful, sustainable, and scalable.
The competition features a series of activities, including inspiring webinars, Business Model Canvas (BMC) development, business proposal preparation, mentoring sessions, and a final Demo Day where the best ideas are presented to industry professionals, startup founders, and expert judges. IMSC 2026 aims to cultivate the next generation of innovators who can transform ideas into solutions and solutions into meaningful impact for society and the future.

JOIN TO IMSC COMPETITION 2026
Register- The International Management Startup Challenge (IMSC) 2026 will be conducted online during the International Selection and Semifinal stages, and offline during the Grand Final/Demo Day at Ciputra World Surabaya.
- The competition is open to active Diploma (D3), Applied Bachelor (D4), and Undergraduate (S1) students from all countries.
- Each team must consist of three (3) members, with one member designated as the Team Leader.
- Participants may only register as a member of one team throughout the competition.
- Team members may come from different academic disciplines, study programs, or universities.
- Team names are freely chosen but must not contain offensive, discriminatory, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate language.
- All submitted startup ideas must be original works and must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
- Each team may submit only one startup business idea.
- Participants must not mention, display, or disclose the name of their institution at any stage of the competition.
- All submitted documents must comply with the format and requirements specified by the organizing committee.
- The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have committed plagiarism, data manipulation, fraud, or any other violation of the competition rules.
- Participants are required to follow the official Instagram accounts @managementexpo and @mexpo.imsc2026, as well as the official TikTok accounts managementexpo and mexpo.imsc2026, as part of the eligibility requirements.
- Participants are required to upload proof of their twibbon post, tagging the Instagram accounts @managementexpo and @mexpo.imsc2026.
